Nice house with lots of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room were large and the high ceilings were nice. The combination of upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are good for large groups. The pool and water slide were very fun. The listing shows a video game that wasn’t present. That was a big part of our consideration for this house. Misleading. The house is on a busy 4 lane road. The noise of cars all night makes it hard to sleep. This should be disclosed. We wouldn’t not have booked had we known this. The utensils and cooking pots were put back without being cleaned. There were grease and crusted foods on most of the pots, pans, and utensils. Understand this isn’t the owners doing but still. The BBQ grill is completely broken and unusable. It needs to be replaced. Lastly, we were told to take 4 trash cans out and back or pay a $40 penalty on our second night. We didn’t go on vacation to do other peoples chores. Have stayed a dozens of other places and this was a first.

It was a beautiful house, plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub area were great. The house was in a close location to Disneyland - easily walkable even for the children. We enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks from the balcony. Trang was immediately responsive to any of our questions or requests. It was a great experience!

AMAZING HOUSE CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the home -- well appointed, very clean and awesome pool and hot tub. And the host, Trang, was wonderful at every point along the way from very clear directions, entry/exit instructions and local area restaurant tips to responding almost instantly to any communication. Would highly recommend this place - well worth the money versus booking multiple hotel rooms.

The house is spacious and beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we fit easily and comfortably. The house was clean and nicely outfitted and Trang was very communicative. We chose this house for its proximity to Disneyland and the backyard pool. It was so convenient to get in and out of Disneyland. That was great. (Note: our gps said that a U-turn is required to get to the house, which isn’t true.) Unfortunately, the situation with the pool was not ideal. We asked in advance if the pool would be heated since we knew we’d be traveling in November. And although when it is heated it was incredibly nice! It requires a special request to the owner to have it that way, with a 12-hour lead time. This also meant that the first day and a half we were there we weren’t able to use the pool or spa because it hadn’t heated up yet. An additional request is required for the waterfall, and is only on while swimming. Lovely home, but for what we paid felt overly controlled.
