Dale's quite friendly, but the place was not what I was expecting. The place was a bachelor pad, The two main cleanliness Issues I had were: 1. the bed sheets I think had been washed but seemed they had permanent stains (I asked Dale for a new bed sheet but he provided a sheet that didn't fit, I asked again but the same thing happened again). 2. The bathroom looked like it hadn't had a deep clean for a year, the limescale/brown colour on the shower head and the tap on the sink, there also was this build up on the edges at the base of the shower. There was a few other things I was expecting, the room I was staying still in had the hosts clothes in it and the door knob on the room only work from one side (the door knob had to be removed and switched sides when leaving/entering the room) and the blinds didn't work properly (they could be moved up and down, but needed to be done manually) I won't have booked this place if I knew what the place was like.

I chose this place as it was very close to the wedding I was attending over the weekend. Dale is very friendly and helpful. The house is a bit of a Batchelor pad but the main areas that I used were clean and very acceptable. Dale met me at the house and showed me around and how to work things like the window blinds in the room and how the shower worked. There was a lodger in the spare room (who i was introduced to and was also very friendly). Dale didn’t stay overnight, and I felt I may have had the master bedroom as it was slightly different to the pictures on the room profile. Bedding was clean and bed was very comfy. Remember to bring a towel as this wasn’t provided. There’s a lock on the bedroom door. The front door lock is a bit tricky but with a wiggle of the key it will engage ok. You can use kitchen and sit out the garden which is refreshing on a hot day. Dale was very quick to respond to any inquires and I’d be happy to stay at the place again if I was in the area.
