This property has operated as T&E Vacation Rental for five years and has become an area favorite. The new hosts are committed to preserving its quaint charm and secluded peacefulness. If you choose to book with us, know it's the same great property with the same great staff - simply new hosts with a lifelong love for the area and a desire to share its beauty with guests looking for a restful getaway in the outdoors. We'd love to have you! The house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in actual beds (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twins). The small town of Mount Ida is just 7 minutes to the west, providing restaurants and stores for convenience, or you can make a 30-minute drive to the east to spend some time in well-known Hot Springs. Beautiful Lake Ouachita is only 5 minutes away; several quartz crystal mines are nearby, as well. Twin Creek Tranquility is surrounded by woods and bears all the beauty, sights and sounds of the great outdoors yet has friendly neighbors relatively close by, so you feel safe and secure. The living spaces are large, the kitchen fully stocked and the area’s opportunity for exploration and relaxation are limitless. There’s also a trail down to the clear waters of nearby Twin Creek, where you can wade, swim, have a picnic, search for fossils and crystals - it’s only a 3-minute walk. Relax and enjoy!

The house is well stocked with everything you need. Clean and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful setting near Mt Ida and very peaceful and quiet. We love this place and will book again when we go back!

This was our first time to Mt Ida and also our first air b n b experience and it was both absolutely perfect! This home was so cozy my kids felt so comfortable the moment we walked in they really enjoyed the day room looking outside at all the squirrels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook their little meals. Would totally recommend this place to anyone who would enjoy the outdoors. My toddler loved the creek he didnt want to come back inside after finding frogs and quartz. This stay was a great change from city living, we cant want to come back soon. Thank yall for having us! Steven and becca were amazing hosts! Can say that enough :)

This is our second time staying at this property, but the first time with Steven. It was just as good, if not better, than before. Steven went above and beyond helping me after an Airbnb glitch negatively affected our reservation. He made sure our original reservation was honored. The property can’t be beat, with easy access to Mt. Ida, crystal mines, and Hot Springs. Plus the creek access! And plenty of room for everyone. If you’re on the fence…stay here! Thank you! ❤️

Easily the best rental we’ve stayed in. The house was great. The trail down to the lake was the best part of our trip. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Twin Creek Tranquility is nestled in the trees on the backside of a spacious, rural subdivision. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. There should be plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, and we can “stretch” for accommodations for up to 10-12 people with creative sleeping arrangements (couches, blowup beds, etc.) - just ask about it if you have a larger group. With larger living spaces and two full bathrooms, our property is flexible if you are!
