Scott was a lovely and responsive host. The condo was exceptionally clean and provided an excellent value for a recent trip to New Hampshire. I traveled with my Dad and found the layout of the condo (2 bedroom, 2 baths) to be perfect for our needs. We also loved the location and found it had easy access a lot of great areas!

Mr. Scott's place is the gem of Laconia! Location, activities, and unit itself is supreme to begin with. However, what makes this place stands out is the owner himself. He made sure we got in okay with the team and kept the unit at upmost cleanliness. Would love to return in the future!

awesome place to stay. location is great. close to the main strip for the weirs. very clean rooms and the bathrooms were spotless. highly recommend
