We were a group of 8 adults and 3 kids.We had a marvelous time! Ernest helped arrange a very large van to bring all of us from Bangkok to VR and back because we didn't have a car. The housekeeper met us and gave us a house tour and all it's amenities. She was with us during the day and helped us by driving the house's Saleng (motorcycle powered "car" it's bigger than a Tuk Tuk). There were also 4 adult bikes. The house we saw in pictures was exactly what we got! It's spacious and spotlessly clean! Common areas were well arranged. Bedrooms were laid out like a hotel's.Each family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking & has plenty of plates, silverware, etc A 7-11 store and some Thai & western restaurants are a few minutes walk.The beach is a 6 minute walk.Only some kite surfers were on the water, we had the beach to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.We are already discussing returning to VR and we very highly recommend Villa Roca!

This was within our price range but far more beds than we felt necessary- very glad we did! This has clean/easy accommodations that feel private, and Ernest as a responsive/helpful host when we had any questions. The villa has a friendly and thoughtful, full service housekeeper, and while most things are walkable, she took us on the villa’s motorbike with multi-person sidecar (like a golfcart) when we went to town to the larger grocery store which helped us to relax and enjoy many meals in their outdoor kitchen/living space. We easily navigated town with their villa bikes (very suitable and multiple sizes for all ages) or the motor scooter sidecar with help of housekeeper. Things we enjoyed nearby- kiteboarding lessons, 7-11, coffee shop for afternoon snacks and smoothies, great pizza (2 blocks!), Moroccan restaurant happy hour, foot massages, and so much walk/bikeable local Thai food. This is the quiet/accessible part of Pak Nam Pran and one we will definitely look to book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Rocka. We were three families and this was our first time in Pran Buri. There was plenty of space at the villa, not only in terms of the rooms, but the outdoor living spaces are great to just gather and hang out (there’s plenty of tables, seating areas, pool table and a living room with karaoke!). The location was fabulous… a few minutes walk from the beach, coffee shops and great restaurants. The area has a very chill vibe and the villa is a great place to relax and decompress. The pool has a shade cover which meant we could use it during the midday sun. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Also Ernest was great host, easy to communicate with (English is his first language) and very responsive. Hope to make it back to Pran Buri and will definitely stay at Villa Rocka.
