Overall, Jason's listing had some pros and cons. On the plus side, the memory foam mattress was comfortable, and the big screen TV with streaming apps was a nice touch. We also appreciated the privacy. However, there were some issues that detracted from our stay. The place was clean, but lacked basic necessities like hair dryer, soap, and shampoo. The towels and rags felt rough on our skin, and the short shower curtain caused water to leak onto the floor. The place had a persistent smell, which Jason attempted to mask with numerous plugins. We also found food residue on the dishes, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning. Lastly, the WiFi connection was unstable, requiring frequent reconnections. While we understand that no place is perfect, addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the guest experience. We hope Jason takes our feedback constructively, as previous guests have mentioned similar issues.

Such a clean, quiet, well-furnished little apartment! Perfect for one person or a couple. Jason is an excellent host!
