A great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were a couple of issues with air conditioning that was not working in 2 bedrooms however, the team responded quickly and were able to get it working in one but not the other. This didn’t bother us that much as it wasn’t peak summer and was manageable. Overall, a great place and an area where wouldn’t even know you were in Dubai.

Overall the house is beautiful (just like the pictures), spacious, and quiet. Perfect for a family with young kids who want to be close to the action but not in the city center. Anas was a phenomenal host! He greeted us when we arrived and responded very quickly to any and all inquiries. While we did have some issues with the AC unit and a clogged tub, Anas was quick to have his team come and resolve. Would definitely stay again and recommend any property in Dubai where Anas is the host!

I have a very interesting experience with Vacationer Home. First I booked another property with them. Unfortunately Due to some maintenance issues the property became unavailable. At the beginning, I was very frustrated. But they definitely made it up for me. Without asking for paying anything more, they upgraded my reservation to this Villa. The whole time, I was working with Anas from their side. He was always very respectful and responsive. The first day he even helped me out with my luggages and helped in moving them to 2nd floor. I stayed here for 3 weeks, and during this time, whenever I needed anything, all of my text messages were being responded within few minutes by him. I am very satisfied with my choice for choosing this place as well as working with them, since they were taking the responsibility and quickly helping me with all the issues or questions that I had. They were also very quick to fix any issues that arose during my stay. Good job and keep up the good work.
