The basics that meet the threshold of a comfortable stay are absent. I decided to give this host the benefit of the doubt and hoped that they heeded the advice from the previous review. Unfortunately, I experienced very similar issues during my stay here. I booked for 10 people. Bedding and linen was only provided for 7 people. We also did not receive any tea towels or dishwashing powder to clean up after ourselves. The host responded to my initial messages promising that someone would be over to give us the linen that was missing. They never showed up, forcing 3 of our guests to spend the entire stay without towels or bedding, and the whole group without the necessary things to keep the house clean. There is a general lack of the customary touches that would ensure a comfortable stay. Checkout is at 10am, they ask you to take all rubbish and recycling with you yet the refuse station doesn’t open until 11am. No hand soap in the basins, no dishwashing liquid, no dishwashing powder.

The Location and house size are excellent. However there were many things that were wrong with the house. The house sleeps 10, but there was not enough ammenities for 10 people! 1. After I checked in and realized that we were short many items I called Bachcare 2x and was told someone would be in contact. No one has yet to contact me. Horrible customer service. 2. Not enough towels, they left us 7 towels for 10 people. 3. No sheets on one of the single beds and no sheets for us to make the pull-out sofa. 4. 2.5 rolls of toliet paper for 10 people. 5. Not enough mugs, plates, and bowels for 10 people. We had to share each morning. 6. No dish soap to wash dishes 7. No soap in the bathrooms 8. Not enough extra blankets for every bedroom and pull out sofa. 9. No TV directions 10. Was told not to use the fireplace because it is not economical. 11. Oven was dirty and when we used it black smoke went all into the kitchen. We were very disappointed as it was my birthday weekend.
