I would like to thank Ellada. She let us in a few hours before check in time with no charge. House was very clean and newly remodeled. Minor issues came, but Ellada solved it very quickly (we stayed more than two weeks). Overall beautiful home with great energy. I loved it and would recommend it for anyone interested in a house this large.

We had a negative experience staying here. Smoke alarm was going off during stay and slider handle was broken when we arrived. The photos do not match the space. The furnishings shown in the photos on the app are not the same. Home was clean and host was responsive. There wasn’t a trash can in the kitchen and we were instructed to throw trash in the cans but we couldn’t find them. Home was for sale while we visiting and host sent people to view the home during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Ellada was an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay. The place looked exactly like the pictures was very clean and extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the Palm Springs area.

There was a weird sewage smell from the laundry room and a faint gas smell in the kitchen. One bed had hairs on the sheets. We were really cold at night. Heat wasn’t working and there were only a couple of blankets so we were uncomfortable. Bedding was fairly minimal with a light blanket over a sheet. Seemed to be garbage in the side yards. Some basic items were missing - Virtually no garbage cans in the house, no bath mats, we had to hunt for hand towels, some of the hot water wasn’t hooked up (faucet didn’t work), holes in the walls, tape on the walls, etc. Furniture was very sparse with minimal artwork. Reality was very different than the pictures. Kids were excited about basketball hoop but no basketball, ping pong table but no net, no pool table, no gaming console. No golf clubs to use mini golf.

While the house was nice, the host is what made this a great stay. She was super helpful and kind.
