I messaged the host to confirm what is meant by "Linen" since the Ad mentioned that Linen is not included and I found it strange if it was the case (like renting a car without tires) so I messaged her to clarify. Indeed, she confirmed that she is referring to the bed sheets and asked me if I need them. I replied of course I do, how else can I use the bed, and I asked her to confirm asap before I start my trip (so far she did not mention any extra charge and only did the day before check out and asked me to go to their office to pay EUR 30 for the sheets and towels which I could have simply brought with me if she was clear enough. Additionally, even when you pay for them, you will find them in an industrial bag on the floor at the entrance of the flat (do it yourself basically). Other small things but frustrating that I have to call back every time to ask/ clarify: Wifi password, and finding the right parking spot (numbers are wiped out since the building is rotten/ consumed)

This apartment worked perfectly for our family of 4. Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the main chair lift. Amenities as described, modern kitchen and comfortable beds. Contemporary design and plenty of storage. We’re hoping to book again for next year.

Place of stay was close to the ski trails, and Après-ski. When they say they don’t offer essentials, keep that in mind. That even includes toilet paper. Check in instructions were provided but gps was a little off so made it difficult to find the check in location.

Great spot for a couple for a ski trip, very clean and right in town/4 minute walk to lifts
