Clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Coffee, cooking spices and shampoo/conditioner were provided. Plenty of bath towels and throw blankets to snuggle with in the LR. After entering door code turn handle and push open hard.

Beautiful home but beware of the stairs. Very large flight of stairs up to the living quarters with no handrail. I would book again but not if my grandmother was coming.

Great location 20 minutes from eureka springs and 1 hour from Branson . We were able to visit both places with ease while staying in this location . Very clean I would stay again .

Absolutely beautiful place and the most comfortable bedding ever and lovely location! The drive in was great! There is a house being built directly in front of this one pretty much blocks the view we thought we would have. The view from upstairs in the living room is pretty. Personally - wasn’t a problem but other guests were a tad bit disappointed. We talked to the guy across the way and he let us use a trail down to the water which was fantastic! At moments wished we could have had more tvs in the bedrooms but honestly barely needed them after exploring all day we were ready for bed! The kids loved the bunk bed room!!
