We had a wonderful stay and it suited our needs perfectly. There’s everything we need and easy stroll to village centre for everything else. Perfect for the kids and our dog too!

The cottage was full of character and in a lovely quiet area in Ripon yet only a few minutes walk into town. We loved the original fireplaces in many of the rooms and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Comfy beds and a nice hot shower met our requirements for a good place to stay. Parking on the road wasn't a problem and if we visit again in the summer months I'm sure we'd enjoy sitting in the back yard too- it was nice and secure for the dogs too. All in all a great find and Ripon was lovely too for a weekend break.

I books Ben's place as a base for colleagues working in the area. Ben was an excellent communicator and his place provided all the home comforts lads need when working away from home. If we are ever in the area again I will definitely re book in with Ben.

Ben’s place was great for our short trip to Ripon. Nicely furnished and clean, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It’s in a great location, right in the centre of town. Ben was also super responsive and helpful. Would stay again.
