Ce logement était idéalement situé pour visiter toute la partie Nord Est de Tenerife . Dans un quartier calme résidentiel avec une superbe piscine dans la résidence. L’appartement était très propre et il ne manquait rien. Nous avons même eu 2 bières, des petits gâteaux, une bouteille d’eau pour notre arrivée. Le lit est confortable et la vue depuis la terrasse est jolie. La salle de bain est grande et c’est très rigolo de voir la vue sur le studio et sur la terrasse quand on prend sa douche. L’appartement est bien décoré et bien rangé. Ce n’est pas du tout un défaut : il y a beaucoup d’escaliers à monter pour accéder au logement, il ne faut donc pas avoir de problèmes de mobilité. Juan Pablo est très réactif pour tout renseignement. Je recommande ce logement

L'emplacement est sympathique mais il n'y a pas un brin de réseau cellulaire et le Wifi dans l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas car la box dont on nous avait donné les identifiants était beaucoup trop loin (dans un autre appartement)... Plus problématique, on nous annonce une appartement calme mais l'appartement étant très mal isolé, nous entendions les voisins et tout se qui s'y passait chez eux (même le micro-ondes à 5h du matin pour donner une idée...). En clair, ces bruits intempestifs nous ont pollué le séjour. Hormis ces points négatifs, l'appartement était très propre et bien équipé.

Absolutely recommended. Juan Pablo's studio is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for two persons + our dog. The view is great, bed is comfortable, big TV with netflix and great common areas in the apartment complex including a nice pool. The bathroom with a big window towards the main room adds an interesting touch, you can see the ocean while taking a shower (but you can also close it for privacy). Juan Pablo lives next door and was super helpful and welcoming. So was the property manager Ekaterina. You just need to be aware that you should have a car to get around. All in all a great stay, we'll be back :)

Juan Pablo war ein toller Host. Er ist sehr freundlich, hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Der Check-In war flexibel und einfach (Wir sind einige Stunden zu spät angekommen, was keinerlei Probleme gemacht hat). Die Gegend ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um den Norden und Westen der Insel zu erkunden. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Great small flat with a wonderful view! Had a small problem with the internet, but the host was very friendly and immediately helped. Would definitely stay again ☀️
