This 20-m2 modular house has a full kitchen and bathroom, TV with Chromecast, WiFi, and off-street parking inside a fenced yard. Take a 10-min tram ride to Old Town and then come back here to relax on the terrace, have a wood-fired sauna (25 euros), or walk to the sea. The boutiques and cafes of Põhjala Tehas are also just a short walk through Kase Park – enjoy the best of the city with the peace of the countryside at the same time. You will have the garden cottage completely to yourself. It features a small living room with kitchen, as well as a bedroom area with a bathroom and shower, and it sits on a large fenced property just behind the main house, where I live with my nine-year-old son.

Dirk's listing was spotless, really peaceful, cosy, and simply beautiful. There's a bus stop only a few metres away that takes you straight to the city centre in about 20 minutes, quite frequent. Dirk's a really kind and helpful person who gave me some good recommendations to get to know the city. I had a great stay.
Gracious host, I feel at home quickly. The tiny house was private, well equipped, clean and comfortable. It has countryside vibe, especially if you book the sauna.

Should you decide to explore our own neighborhood, you’ll find old shipbuilding districts and dive bars juxtaposed with the artists’ boutiques, community gardens, and cafes springing up in the newly repurposed Põhjala Tehas (Põhjala Factory).
