Do NOT recommend! Cleanliness & security are big issues with Michael's properties. Best I could tell, the bedsheets were the only thing cleaned between guests. There was food/dead bugs/dirt clumps on the floor, dried urine on the toilet, hair/grime/mud in the bathtub and sink. I am not one to write bad reviews but it was shocking & concerning that no effort was made whatsoever. Security- Michael did not give keypad codes ahead of check-in and I wound up waiting for the host to respond when I couldn't get in. The code also expired after 24 hours so we got locked out the next day. Also be advised, the building also has an interior stairwell to get to your townhouse (always unlocked) with unreliable lighting.
