Very well kept, loved the location! It was close enough to West Jefferson that we could come and go as we pleased and could enjoy all of West Jefferson and the surrounding towns like Boone and Blowing Rock while still being able to go back home to a private and quiet neighborhood. There were neighbors that were shooting one evening, but that’s just the area we were in. One thing I wish we could have used was the in house washing machine. If you plan on staying more days than your suitcase can hold, plan on having to go to a laundromat. Otherwise, great location, great house, and great amenities!!

We enjoyed our stay! It rained most of the weekend, so we didn’t go hiking as planned, but Petryus’ home was very cozy and had everything we needed to just hang out at the house. Quick 15 minute drive to West Jefferson. Communication was great and the home was sparkling clean!

This was such a great stay! Good hiking in the surrounding areas and peaceful location to just stay in for a night or two. Highly recommend!
