房子很大，装修不错，物业也很棒，管家非常好，有求必应，我们下一家民宿入住时间和退房时间相差很久，求助管家也很好得帮我解决了困难。走去双子塔也挺方便，边上是1919娘惹菜，一切都很好。

入住这套公寓，每一处都是惊喜。屋内空间特别大，陈设用心，功能齐全。比房主的照片更好。绝对是在吉隆坡小住的绝佳选择。走路去Klcc只需要七八分钟，逛街方便。

The check-in process was very easy. I personally have booked many listings at The Mews so I already knew what’s the check-in process is going to be. The host, Kyra was reachable but she didn’t give us the code to her house until I called her at 8pm, when the actual check-in was supposed to be at 2pm. I was promised to be given the code at 1pm but it was a coincidence that I check-in late so I guess I am alright with that. The place though, is very pretty. But very dirty. I think the cleaner just cleaned whatever that can be seen but guests, but not at the area that is hidden (example, bottom of the sofa, underneath the bed, inside the kitchen cabinets), the toilet floor was slippery, the bathtub was very dirty and slippery as well and there were some hairs, to the point we had to clean that on our own and didn’t really use the bathtub There were also roaches in the kitchen cabinets and those are really health hazard. I hope the host can improve the cleanliness of the place.

Kyra's place is very pretty - exactly like the photos. The apartment is spacious all across (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, etc). The pool area is stunning and guests have access. (This is important especially if you are comparing with listing from OTHER buildings in KLCC where some of them have beautiful pools, but are NOT accessible by guests). The location is awesome. You are literally 800 meters from Petronas Twin Towers. Few details (easily fixable), can make the stay even better: (a) include towels (b) include detergent/soap for the washing machine (c) either install a water filter or a refillable water dispenser (although to be fair, very few apartments in KLCC solve for the drinking water problem -- and it's not clear if the tap water is drinkable, or not)
