The house and the space are just as the picture show- multilevel -bedrooms for everyone. Lots of space at the dinner table. The pool is beautiful and maintained well. There is ping-pong and other games just as offered. I would say that that house is rented a lot and not all guests are thoughtful about where they stay. There are some things that need some maintenance which the host is aware of and hopefully can be addressed. The access to the beach and the area is very easy and nice. . We give it a good rating as our family enjoyed the space and our time together even with the things that needed to be addressed. The host Alexandre was very good about communicating and knowing how to address the issues that might have come up and for that, I am very, very grateful.

Place was awesome. Great place for a relaxing stay and with a bunch of friends. Bunch of stuff you can do in and near the home. Great host also!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The location is fabulous and offers incredible views. We’ve stayed at numerous beachfront rentals and the fact that this property has beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc available is such a HUGE perk. There’s nothing worse than getting to a house and having to shell out money on beach supplies you don’t really want. The gaming room was also a huge hit for everyone ranging from ages 6 - 65. Kitchen was well stocked and comfy beds. North Myrtle Beach is very family friendly and peaceful but only a short drive to the craziness of South Myrtle Beach. Great spring break house for us!

We had a great time with our family here. First of all, the location is perfect. The house itself was spacious enough for our family of 10. The game room was a hit and the heated pool and hot tub got lots of use. Yes, there was a minor issue or two that did not impact our stay in the least. Alexandre was a great host. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.
