El apartamento por dentro es como se ve en las fotos, por fuera está todo mucho más viejo y las tuberías levantadas por todos los pasillos. La limpieza del apartamento bien. La mayor pega es el ruido que tiene el apartamento desde las 21h hasta las 4am todos los días. Está cerca de la zona de fiesta pero deberían avisar que todo se escucha todo desde dentro, lo cual no es muy cómodo para dormir, si lo que buscas es salir de fiesta cada día es tu apartamento.

We had a great weeks stay here and loved every minute of it! The apartment looks just like the pictures, along with the pool which was maintained well throughout the week and was never busy so we always got a sun lounger. The location of this place is great as it is walkable distance to everything you would need. The only things that slightly let this place down is the very loud music you can hear every night until 4:30am! We managed to sleep through it but it did keep us up some nights. We also found that the apartment could have done with a lot of extra amenities, for example bin bags, soap, washing up liquid etc. in order for guests to keep the place clean all week. The shower also only gives enough hot water for 1/2 showers per night which isn’t great if you are staying as a group of 4 which we were. Our ceiling fans also didn’t work when we got there however this issue was very quickly rectified by Miguel. Despite those minor things we still had a lovely stay here, so thank you.

Great apartment with very good location. The complex is quite worn, and not well maintained (the pool is great though!), but it does not really impact your stay, as the flat is well maintained. It’s very close to the beach, and party zone. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy until late night, but we were fine with that. There are buses from Los Cristianos to Siam park and Loro park and even to the airport, so if you want to not rent a car this is a perfect location for you. There is free parking around, and you can find free spots, so it’s also fine with a car. The checkout process is a bit difficult, as you can only get out from the apartment with the key (that you need to leave in the flat). It’d be nice to find a better solution for this. I fully recommend this place.
