I strongly advise against visiting this place. The lack of staff at the reception desk leaves guests without assistance, and the unfriendly guards at the gate add to the unwelcoming atmosphere. The building itself is in poor condition, with cracked and missing tiles, dirty pools, and nonexistent amenities like the advertised bar and restaurant. The entire environment feels abandoned and neglected. Although there may be other B&Bs in the complex that are well maintained, the overall atmosphere is disappointing and not worth the money. Additionally, my stay was marred by a severe roach infestation, which rendered the accommodation unusable. I documented the infestation with videos and ultimately had to throw away my suitcases after my trip to avoid bringing roaches home with me. It was that bad. Carene was very communicative and tried to resolve issues. The studio is dated in a partially dilapidated resort, but she did her best to ensure we were comfortable.

I would recommend the place, it's a 5 min walk to the beach. Accessible swimming pool,and the place is very clean too!
