For the cost, it was good. Bathroom had a strange smell coming out of the shower drain after day 4 and there were misquotes in the room and a gecko...we had a bug net so we were okay. Also, at check in they demand 500BHT for the room key which we didn’t know about. You do get it back after you check out. Close to everything, about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We selected this property based on two criteria: Wifi and laundry. The router outside the room was broken so we had to go to the lobby to use wifi which was not ideal for our situation. Laundry cost 50 Baht/kg which is the same as any laundry in Phuket, and my black pants had lint all over them.

Thira residence is great. I love the public area. There are many pictures on the wall and free coffee and tea on the table. The room is very clean. The only pity is there was only clod water with the shower，for the fixer could not get there on time. Anyway ，it was a good experience living there. Bovy is very enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you 😊

Great place. Found it by accident when desperate to gind a place for New Year Bovy is a star!! recommend it for this category of place. would go back. Nice little bar next door
