The size of the studio apartment was fine and cosy the kitchen equipment was great. The complex itself is situated in an area which is still being developed and new complexes are still being built within the vicinity. Our room A57 is situated facing the city which is nice to see the hustle and bustle of Accra during the day or evening. Room A57 does require some maintenance particularly in the shower room a coat of paint will bring the apartment back to life, together with some new furniture. There were some issues when we arrived most of which were addressed however although the air conditioning was looked at it was still not as cold as it should be especially when the weather was as hot as 32 degrees. The swimming pool is located in Block B/C which is a very short walk from Block A. We went up there on multiple occasions. Some of the deck chairs were very worn and require replacement. Overall the complex was nice for my intended purpose and the location was good.

I think this place is for a single guy looking for a place to sleep. Items need fixing - A/C wasn't cool after an hour - opened balcony door to cool room. The big, comfy looking chair was very stained and discolored. something was spilled on the bedframe. Soap on the sink was open and used. If you can't read "Irish Springs " clearly and soap has dents, it's not just unwrapped. The shower head holder is broken, and there is no place to put soap in the shower. The door to the shower doesn't close properly. A light is out, and another uncovered in the bathroom. Mattress was comfortable. Bedding and towels are clean. 1 little bottle of water in the fridge. Not the refreshing water needed after journey when 2 people reserved room. Washer did not dry clothes - we hung them on the balcony. Your view is the construction going on next door.
