The place was clean and convenient. Few minutes walk to Jesselton jetty. Only lacking some amenities like toilet roll, tissue or at least trash bag. While there is knife but no chopping board. Must bring your own in house slipper and toilet floor rack. Easy instructions to locate house key. The view at the mailbox area is marvellous in the day.

Its very nice place. Its really comfortable for 6 people. VERY VERY NEAR TO JESSELTON JETTY. Can see from living room. Just 3mins walking. No need drive. Parking very easy but at night quite pack. Have Subway nearby and convenience store below. There is extra tilam available and toilet is great. But there is no dryer machine as per description. There is two doby place below apartment for afforable price. Only hair dryer available. Living room is spacious. Refrigerator, utensils, microwave and kitchen is all good. Aircond, bed all good. Many towel as well. But no plastic for trash. Last day we got toilet cant flush problem, water doesnt goes down but before checkout no more issue. So far good. Owner is fast response and easy to deal with. 8/10!!!

Hello is very responsive. The unit and the condo complex are new, clean and as per description. Ease of check-in and parking. Good restaurant downstair. Close to Jesselton point for ferry to Manukan island but to the far side of the town. For my personal preference, the bed is a bit hard and the unit can be a bit claustrophobic. For that area, it is the best value for money.
