We had the best stay at Eugenias place. felt relaxed straight away and such a great location within walking distance to the amazing South Beach and restaurants. had the best stay and would highly recommend staying here had everything you needed.

The location of this apartment is amazing! Right in the heart of Brisbane with the waterfront just blocks away and tons of restaurants right outside your door. We stayed for a week and a half. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and kitchen. There is a grocery store right around the corner. The assigned parking spot for our rental car was a super big advantage. Using the key fob in order to enter and exit made it a safe place. Would definitely stay there again!

If location in the river district of Brisbane is all that you are after, then this place is perfect. Trains and buses right outside, the South Bank strip of the river and its restaurants, parks, boats, museum and art gallery, an easy walk. There is a Metro right below the condo building, and the pool & gym are wonderful extras to be enjoyed. Our only real complaint was that the furniture was very uncomfortable and if you are staying for longer than a 2 night stay then this will most likely bother you. There is no vacuum (it was broken), no mop, the drying rack is rusted, the washing machine would only wash in hot, the ironing board is miniature, and kitchen lacked some essentials that would make a longer stay more comfortable. Eugenia was usually very responsive and tried to remedy some of our requests however for a longer term stay I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

Great for what we needed. A few minor things - shower head in ensuite lose, hard to use, some draws were lose and broken. No instructions about pool use or any facilities that came with room. I did ask and Eugenia was very helpful and responded straight away. Other than that it was great!
