Very disappointing accom. While the location is good and it looks nice from outside, the room was full of things that are very poor quality or far below standard. Someones blood is on one of the curtains and also on the wall next to the curtains. The cloth chairs in the room are absolutely disgusting, covered in horrible stains. They should never be in paid accommodation. The air con didn’t blow cold air, just air, so it was very warm in the room. No windows have fly screens so its an evening with the mozzies if you open those. The room doesn’t have carpet, just those really old carpet tiles. Most are not attached to anything or glued to the underlay, so I tripped over them twice. The door to the room does have a fancy new electronic card reader, but you CANNOT open the door without using a key for the separate door handle, which makes the card/reader irrelevant!!! The decor is old and tired and the curtains are falling apart. The list goes on. Ive stayed in many old rustic type places, but the maintenance, up-keep and facilities were up to standard in those. Once again the photos make a place look nice, but its what you cant see that ruins it. This is back packer accom from 20 years ago.

Great budget accommodation with everything you need for your stay. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to central Perth.
