The entrance at the garden level guest suite offers 100% privacy and exclusivity. The living room is extraordinarily large and spacious w/a 55” television for your entertainment pleasure. Enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Sirius, as well as local of-air stations. The electric fireplace offers warmth, as well as a mesmerizing simulated flame with multicolored rock base. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is equipped w/a 40” television, lamps w/a USB adaptors for your electronic devices and a view of the garden level along with surreal views of the front range. A full complement of bedding is stashed in the closet of each bedroom for those guest needing extra warmth. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including ice maker fridge, wall oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The electric glass top stove has four (4) burners of varying size and a lock-out feature for safety. Weather heating restaurant leftovers or preparing a scrumptious meal or a snack this kitchen has everything a seasoned culinarian may need. Dine at the round table, stocked w/a full complement of table settings for four or more. The electric wine opener is almost as fun to operate as the wine being opened. Ideally situated in a central location, equal distance about 12 miles from either Boulder, Golden, or Denver. There’s access to networks of open space dirt trails, in addition to paved paths close to the surrounding cities. Restaurants and shopping centers are plentiful in the town of old Arvada, and in the surrounding towns. Almost straight line access. To the mountains via I 70 and US 6 Will get you on your way to the incredible Colorado Rocky Mountains for skiing, hiking, mountain, biking, or just walking in the breath, taking views of the Colorado scenery. Gas and charcoal grills are available on the private patio of the suite for the BBQ chefs. Guests may eat on the patio outfitted with table and chairs. We will welcome your “small” furry friends up to 25lbs for your stay.
