‘Summerlea’ is the perfect home to spend a weekend away with a group of friends. The pizza oven and pool were a hit and there were lots of great spaces to sit and chat. The fire pit would also be gorgeous in winter. The absolute bonus is this fabulous home is located within an easy 5 minutes walking distance to Berry village shops and 10-15 minutes to the showground. We all absolutely loved our stay- thank you!

This was a great stay in a beautiful property in a really good location. The property is very stylish and the pool is great. However, based on the other positive reviews we may have been unlucky as we had a few issues with cleanliness of the property, crockery and high chair as well as a few issues that needed addressing ranging from simple fixes such as not enough towels for all the guests (we assume just a mistake), broken blinds and no gas in bbq to more significant issues such as the back gate to the pool (beside the lemon tree) not closing properly and a leaking bathroom shower creating a slip hazard (our toddler slipped when walking into the bathroom to use the toilet and bruised herself). We raised these issues with the host on the day we checked in and/or as we noticed them during our three night weekend stay but did not receive a response.

We will be booking this home again. It is gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. Has the best amenities and a prime location. We loved our stay very much and can't wait to visit again. The hosts were extremely helpful with communication and made the entire holiday a breeze. The best part was that we were able to bring our dog with us who also loved the holiday.
