The facility was clean. The location was great. The unit had some good amenities. Raven communicated well. There was an issue with the air and it was fixed in a timely manner. I found this location to be well worth the price and would definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Raven was so helpful for our first Airbnb stay! Almost immediately responded to all communication and was so nice. Place was beautiful and is a more quiet part of STL considering the police station is about a block or two away so we didn’t feel unsafe once as some places you may feel in other parts of downtown!

Overall our staff with Raven was fabulous. There were some issues regarding the air conditioning and the apartment being hot, however it was manageable. I was not fond of the security system. Since I did not download the specific app, new codes were sent every day that were only accurate from 12-12. So one night we got home late and I had not received the next days code, so we had difficulties getting into the building and the apartment itself.

Raven’s place was very clean and tidy, it looked just like the photos listed and had everything you would need to feel welcome. The restaurant across the street was awesome and there was lots available by walking. At times the surrounding areas felt a bit sketchy, but Raven’s place felt very welcoming and safe. The parking was a bit odd, but it was free on the street parking by the building and honestly it worked pretty well.The check in process was great. Raven was a good host, who did great with communicating. It definitely a good deal!
