Host and the caretaker were both very nice. The house is clean and comfortable. The location is accessible and convenient since it’s near the market, church and transportation. A lot of carinderia and other food stops outside the subdivision. Plus the place is pet friendly, there’s only a minimal pet fee. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and it feels like a home away from home. Thank you Ms. Joanne and Ate Francyl. We will definitely come back and book this place again soon.

Smooth check-in and check-out. We just had a bit of trouble looking for the place but the caretaker helped us and was very welcoming despite of us checking in late at night. I like their soft bed, pillows and linens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is our second time on Joanne's Woodland's Condotel. I highly recommend this place and want to stay again when we go to Bulan, Sorsogon next time. Thank you!
