The place is amazing, it was my 5th time in Railay and it’s the best room/villa I have stayed in. The breakfast is more or less the same you would get in any other place there but right in front of the beach with a beautiful view. The wifi is fast and the location is probably the best, right next to the main road but quite isolated from noise. If I have to mention some things to improve it would be the room cleaning service which is a bit messy and the toilets get easily clogged.

The location was spectacular. Giles does not have a specific villa in Railay Village Resort, which confused us, as we had problems with a few things in our first villa (dirty bath, safe issue and toilet not working) and were moved to another Villa. Giles just provides an alternative way of booking. He is remote and generally you just deal with the resort staff. Once we worked that out all was fine. We would recommend Railay Beach, which is stunning, however you book it! Prah Nang beach,a 10 mins walk is also so beautiful.

We did not realize this was a resort, we thought it was a privately owned villa within a resort. Therefore we were confused when we got there about checking in. It was easy once we figured that out, but could have been more clearly explained that we were just using Airbnb to make a reservation at a resort. The room was very nice, the pool was beautiful. It is a close walk to the beach and walking street, but yet still quiet in the room. The breakfast was pretty good too. We really enjoyed our stay here!
