It is a 4 story walk up, which was stated in listing. Just a lot of stairs after a long day of sight seeing in Manhattan. Very busy and loud at all hours of the day and night from the apartment across the hall. Constant people coming and going even at 3am. We had a check in issue with the code for the lock box, Farjana didn’t respond to emails so I eventually had to call her and she came right down. The apartment was as listed and for the most part clean. Beds and linens were nice. Overall, I’ve stayed at several other places nearby that I’d prefer over this listing.

This is a charming updated 4th floor walk up in a great neighborhood. It’s walking distance to Prospect Park and Park Slope. Enjoyed the cotton bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels and toiletries as advertised. Top floor lends to privacy. The air conditioning was great as the early Sept weather was quite warm. I didn’t experience any issues during my stay. Farjana was responsive with check in info and allowed for an 11 am checkout so I was able to relax on my last morning in NYC!

We had a wonderful stay. Farjana was extremely helpful in answering my questions before our trip. The location is secure and is walking distance to multiple train lines. The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet at night, especially for New York. Kitchen and bathroom were well kept and had everything we needed. Would book again!
