Vitali is very friendly and was flexible on check in time. The apartment is relatively large so as one person I didn't need all that space but for the price the value isn't that great (all properties in Ashkelon have outrageous pricing so perhaps that's normal). It's lacking a lot of basic things and the apartment itself is just not very welcoming. It has an accumulation of various pieces of furniture, some old, some newer but all together isn't welcoming. The Wi-Fi was good and solid but wouldn't reach all the way to the master bedroom. No hangers in any of the 3 closets. New microwave but no microwave safe plates. No scissors. Washer arrived while I was staying there but it didn't get hooked up, so for 2 weeks I couldn't do laundry. Not even one lamp, so only overhead lights. I had to procure my own nightlamp. The apartment needs some maintenance and cleaning. I found used tissues and a condom (unused) in a nightstand which perhaps could be useful to someone.

We booked first 2 night of out trip in the hotel, but had to cancel earlier due to awful mattress and not reliable internet. Vitali's place on the contrary was nice, clean, spacious, excellent mattresses and fast stable internet connection (my husband had to work). Communication with the host was also easy and quick response. Thanks, we will definitely stay again on our next trip.
