Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Ferienhäuschen, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet guten Komfort. Der grosse Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein - leider konnten wir den Pool nicht mehr benutzen. Wander- und Velowege sind in greifbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - einige Geräte haben ihre Lebensdauer erreicht und sollten ausgewechselt werden. Waschmaschine und Möglichkeit um Wäsche aufzuhängen ist auch gegeben. Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten sind unseres Erachtens für Kinder bis 10Jahre gut geeignet, aber für unsere Jugendlichen waren sie zu weich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und, obschon Roman nicht vor Ort war, hat alles super geklappt.

Roman was very responsive to our questions and quick to act on any issues. The house is in a secluded area, but still less than 30 minutes from Siena and other great places like Montireggioni. Just keep in mind it takes 1.7 km on a gravel road to reach the property. You get rewarded however with a very peaceful and rural setting. Roman sent us a very instructive video beforehand which made it very easy to settle in and be fully aware of all the ins and outs. In all, we thought “la Stalla” (as the house is called) offers great value given the location and setting.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Roman, qui est un hôte prévenant et accueillant. La maison est grande et magnifique. Elle est bien équipée et décorée avec soin. La piscine est splendide et rafraîchissante. La résidence est située dans une merveilleuse campagne Toscane. Il y a de belles facilités extérieures pour en profiter (tables, chaises longues, hamac…). Une voiture est essentielle pour y accéder. Les services sont à environs 20 à 30 minutes de la maison (épicerie, restaurants…) C’est à considérer. Nous y avons passé des vacances mémorables avec nos grands enfants qui sont venus nous y rejoindre. Nous n’oublierons jamais cet endroit. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Merci Roman.

We will try to give a true and constructive feed back to our stay. We are a family of 4 with two children. We stayed at Romans house at the end of September. 1. The house is beautiful. 2. When renting the house one has to be aware that the house is extremely remote. (Closest supermarket is 30 min drive) In order to reach the house, you will have to drive a small road in the woods for 15 min and another 2 kilometres on a dirt road. This part of the road has no internet connection so your navigation system does not work. 3. Roman does not live in Itlay and the communication with Roman is only via text messages. 4. We were cold at night !!!! Roman provided us with sheets which wasn’t enough. After contacting him he helped us find two blankets, but we were 4 people. 5. We had a snake in our bedroom. Roman did not answer our call only the text messages. He called the neighbor who helped us. 6. He asked us 10€ extra payment for not throwing the garbage at the end of our stay ☹

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Roman. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Insbesondere der schöne große Garten mit Hängematten und Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Roman haben wir zwar leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber er war jederzeit erreichbar sowie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sein Einführungsvideo zur Unterkunft war sehr informativ und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung von Siena, San Gimignano, Florenz und Pienza. Wie können Romans Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen für alle, die einen ruhigen und erholsamen Ort in der Toskana suchen.
