The place was true as it was depicted in the pictures. It was very quiet. Additionally, you could not hear what was going on in the other rooms. My only suggestion would be to get blackout curtains for the living room and den area.

We loved our stay! The space was perfect for our family and very conveniently located. We especially loved the open floorplan on the and floor. It made conversing while cooking very easy.

The Oasis was an outstanding place to stay during our trip. It was easy to find and access. We found that the street parking outside the unit in the evenings was always taken; however, this was not an issue as we always parked in the garage. The pictures on the listing exactly matched what we found. There was a lot of room for our family to spread out. So that you know, this location is split between 4 floors with stairs between each. There is one bedroom on the entry floor, two on the third floor, and one on the fourth floor. The kitchen on the second floor was well stocked with pans needed to cook as we cooked dinner each night. This location was only about 2 miles from the Greenbelt Metro station, which made traveling into DC very easy. Just know that parking is charged, and you get a discount if you use funds on your metro card. Local places that we visited within 5 minutes included Target, Giant Food, CVS, Chipotle, and The Board and Brew (coffee, tea, and board games).

We stayed here with 8 people in total the house had plenty of space for all of us. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. If you plan on using the kitchen to cook a meal you'll need to purchase everything There are not a lot of leftover spices. The area in which the house is located is walking distance to some restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a good neighborhood to go walking this is the place to be. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away with a large group.
