This was the worst Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Owner and family downstairs were nice, but it was not a place I would go back to again. Multiple plumbing issues, had a weird smell, after booking there I heard the area is called “Meth”el Island. Needless to say the people in the area aren’t the best. I highly recommend spending more and heading to Discovery Bay, don’t waste your time here.

Awesome place, beautiful scenery, I was able to take the canoe out and paddle around a bit. Absolutely amazing sunsets from the deck. Multiple fire tables to relax around and watch the sunset. My kid caught her 1st fish ever off the dock!! Just a great place to build memories with the family. Thanks so much for listing your property, what you have is amazing. Thank you for sharing!!!

A very lovely place, equipped with everything you can possibly need. Perfect location with the views of Mt. Diablo, and open sky. It was so peaceful! We were able to relax and unwind right away on the porch with a glass of wine. Sounds of nature surround you. Beautiful decor, comfortable, and super clean! Has all the extras including a sauna in the bedroom. The jacuzzi over looks the water and views. Lots of toys to play with. Fishing off the dock was fun. Thank you Preston, a Super Host! He is so friendly and very helpful in every way. I am so grateful that we had this opportunity to stay here and will definitely come back! Victor, Yolanda and Angel Rebagliati

Driving up to the house, my husband and I had mixed feelings. However, the owner and the renter, who live in the trailer and the front lower level were very nice and helpful. The private unit upstairs overlooks the back, the water and the boathouse. The size was perfect for the two of us. The unit was very comfortable, with lots of nice amenities, such as Keurig coffee pods, updated kitchen and bathrooms, smart TVs, smoker, barbecue, and a comfortable bed. In addition, the unit was very clean, which was a welcome surprise. The boathouse is great for fishing and for swimming, with easy ladders to get in the water, which, in that part of the Delta, was very clean. Bring your own foldable chairs, if you can. We used the kayaks, and we had fun. We saw a few boats go by but otherwise, it was a quiet weekend, except for the occasional yapping of a dog downstairs. We thought the rate of the unit was fair market value for the area. We were looking for sun, water, and a clean unit.

We had a wonderful stay! The top unit was as described, extremely clean, and looked like the pictures. Lots of extra touches inside. We had a boat and having dock access was great. Lots of water toys to enjoy. Hosts met us when we arrived, showed us around, and explained how everything worked. We felt very welcome. Would highly recommend and will stay here next time we’re at the Delta!
