We had a great stay here. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect it was wonderful to be staying right on the little bay and see everything unfolding. We stayed here as a group of six people (two energetic kids) and enjoyed plenty of space. Kate was an excellent host who was very responsive when we contacted her.

My brother and sister in law who were visiting from the UK and my husband and I really enjoyed our 4 day stay at Kate’s house. The house was clean and very thoughtfully furnished. It was extremely well equipped with beautiful views of Garden Bay. Easy access to the beach from the garden. The weather was mixed but we kept busy exploring the nearby towns of Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma and enjoying the delicious seafood - especially the oysters!

The location is excellent as it backs onto the beach. The house is good, a little older, but comfortable. Great place to spend a few days

The place was absolutely beautiful. Prime location Great fishing spots within walking distance Lovely swimming occasions. Clean and full of amenities. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house has everything you could possibly want and is really well located right next to a lovely bay. It is cosy and comfortable with plenty of room for our party of five. Kate was very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommended.
