First of all it needs to be disclosed that there are no outlets in the bathrooms and no mirrors at all anywhere else in the house to be able to get ready. This was very inconvenient. Also, the house was not cleaned. ..very dusty.The bathroom shower upstairs was filthy, we had short black hair in our bed. The oven was filthy as well, and we could not tell what silverware was cleaned and did not even come with toilet paper in the bathroom Also had no idea that there was an active train and so much road noise Great location in terms of distance to be close to ECU but did not feel really safe where we were located and left a night early due to all the inconveniences

This house has the definition of “great bones” Just a charming and roomy home! This house helped us get through some dark days while a family members was at the ECU Medical Center. It provided a warm and comfortable respite. We would definitely stay again!

The house was a very large, barren, and odd space, with really old locks and many glass doors and windows which made it feel a bit unsafe and exposed for a group of women. Many of the doors did not close well, not alot of furniture, no rugs, felt like staying in an abandoned old home with odd and lacking furnishings. Very close to the road, difficult to sleep with the noise from cars, trucks, and 230am train. The heat worked well and the beds were reasonably comfortable.

A nice house that was refurbished beautifully. Big and lots of space
