My wife and I stayed for an extended stay while our new home was being built in the area. The location of Bayberry Lane is a perfect location to the beach’s, restaurants and shopping. The home itself has everything you need for a weekly or monthly stay. The management company was the best we have ever experienced during any AirBnB stays. The ease of communication and responsiveness was a Home Run. This does not feel like a typical weekly rental, it felt like home. Thank you to Del 302 management and the owners for a wonderful stay.

The place is lovely, great location, and beautiful to stay in. It has everything you need. I would love to say that I want to come back, but because of DEL. 302 Management Co.; this is a company I wouldn’t give my business to. They were very demanding in the way they communicated. We felt like their Janitor instead of their guest a day before my departure. This is an example of what they wrote: “It is expected to treat our place as is yours and leave it as it was when you arrived.” "Take your shoes off before entering the house." “Put trash and recycling bins outside “tonight” for early morning pickup.” “We expect all sheets and pillowcases to be removed and leave everything on the floor when you leave.” “Failure to do so can result in an extra charge to you at the end of your stay.” "Checkout before 10:00 or $75 per hour - He waited outside at 9:40 AM", and many others. They should communicate with guests better. What's the reason for the cleaning fee if we're doing part of the job?

The house was amazing! We only stayed a short while, but we enjoyed coffee by the canal every morning and sitting out by the fire in the evenings. The beds were comfy and the showers were great! Having beach chairs and beach towels available is a great amenity! It was central to Ocean City and Bethany, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.

The home had no curb appeal as you pulled up. the grass was overgrown, the flower beds were so full of weeds they were growing onto the sidewalk. The thermostat was set very high and we were unable to control at night. Probably controlled remotely.

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable and clean home. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful canal made sleeping easy. The kitchen was fully equipped and set up in an easy-to-use way. The location is perfect for trips to the beach and restaurants.
