We went for a girls weekend. Most of us are moms and just wanted to get away. Before even booking I communicated about the pool a jacuzzi because what tired mom doesn’t want a hot tub to sit in. They assured me it was heated and had jets. Upon arrival the jets turned on but there was absolutely no heat. There was hair and dead lizard in the pool as the pool pump broke and was not filtering out the water. The issue never got resolved which was really disappointing as that’s the main reason we booked this place. The overall maintenance could be better some of the beds were hard as rocks but if you like a firm bed then you will be ok. I would recommend you bringing everything to this air bnb if you are going to stay even bug spray. I was showering and a big roach came into the shower. I have no idea where it came from but this house is filled with them. We killed over 8 big roaches. I thank them for the stay but I would never in my life stay here again.
Booked this home last minute due to Hurricane Idalia. Check in was so smooth, the home was filled with everything we needed, heated pool, the host stayed on top of making sure we were having a good time. I've stayed in a lot of air b&b homes in the area and this one was by far my favorite!
The stay was amazing everyone had enough room it was 9 of us. The only thing that we couldn’t enjoy was the jacuzzi it didn’t get warm and it was green. Everything else was great.
When we arrived, the cleaning person was there past our check in time. We needed the gate code and was never given it. The walls were dirty walls and stained carpets. Those are things that can be fixed with proper effort so those were the things that aggravated me. I loved the layout of the place and it was nice to have the private pool for the kids. We didn’t like the miscommunications between us, cleaning lady and security personnel. The area around the pool had weeds. The broken shower door and window upstairs unlocked and hard to get locked. They offered us a later check out time which they did not communicate with the cleaner so she arrived as we were packing up our things
Everything was nice very spaceful just need to touch up the carpet but everything else was great and it’s a nice area to stay definitely love it I would recommend to stay and the host was a very responsive person to deal with☺️
