Got the lockbox code on the day of entry which was easy to use. The condo was identical to the pictures: clean, light, airy, well appointed, lots of decks. Upon entering we discovered a deer and her 2 fawns in the garden. Cul-de-sac meaning no through traffic. One nedroom with 2 twin beds downstairs with its bathroom and 1 master upstairs with king bed and it own bathrom. Additionaly suprise was 2 outdoor decks on their sde of the master bedroom. The kitchen was L-shaped with a screened porch if you wanted to eat outside. Another proch on the far side of the living room. Wifi worked well and a large flat screen TV facing the living room sofa. A little hike to the beach (bikes would work but not provided) near to the golf. A very crowded resort during the July 4th holiday week with everything and every place packed to the gills. Still a place of natural beauty.

We all loved this place so much. We bought a bike trailer for our son before leaving home & if not for this home we would have never been able to install it without the help of the toolbox we found under the tv. The first aid kits were also a thoughtful touch even though we were thankful we didn’t end up needing them. We were so grateful and knew God had winked on us in picking this house. It was gorgeous, a close bike ride to the beach, and the layout was our favorite. I want a book shelf in my home now! Our favorite restaurant was the Salty Dog Cafe on the island. We visited it twice! (Get the hush puppies & shrimp & grits). I can’t wait to return to this home and this Island. After traveling to a bunch of beaches for years this place is most definitely our favorite. We’ll be back again and again. Thank you for having us.

Great place! Stayed for a week, after reading other reviews it looks like they took into account things that were said and fixed them, they had oil/salt/pepper; plenty of kitchen cooking item including a new sheet pan, and the washer and dryer was clean and did not smell as other reviewers commented on. Can walk to the beach. Great place to stay.

Didn’t have some of the basics like trash bags or paper towels but we enjoyed riding bikes every morning around the island and watching the sunsets. Beautiful location and the house worked well for us
