The accomodation was lovely; super clean, beautiful surrounds, near the beach, comfy bed, breakfast provisions, clean and private from rest of house. Would recommend for others.

Firstly, I absolutely loved that a few days before my stay, Janet sent a detailed reminder of all the provisions/facilities. Janet met me on arrival and showed me around the space. She is laid-back, easy to chat with and communication before and during my stay was top notch. The space was spotless and very comfortable. It’s underneath the main house yet feels very private and while there’s normal house noise at times during the day, you could hear a pin drop at night (or the surf with windows open). It was a delight relaxing in the garden full of coastal plants and birds. Janet provided an amazing spread of goodies for breakfast: yoghurt, granola, cereal, local milk, local bread, local eggs. She also worked her magic to make sure my car was always parked off the narrow street. It’s a 10min walk to the surf club (for surf lessons) and maybe 1min to the actual surf beach. Roughly 25min walk will get you to the shops along the foreshore path. A fabulous stay! Thanks Janet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. Janet is a lovely and relaxed host who made sure we had everything we needed (such as additional beach towels). The breakfast supplies were great, too. The bedroom and bathroom were separate from the main house and while we heard a little noise from the main house, it felt very private. We enjoyed the outdoor space opening to the nice bush garden. The location close to the beach is fantastic. We’d happily stay at Janet’s again.

Janet's apartment was in a lovely location, in quiet and peaceful surroundings with a shaded outdoors garden setting. Just a short walk to the beach. Janet was a very accommodating host, the extra amenities supplied were a plus. Janet's place is ideal for a short stay.
