Welcome to Annarita Rooms! The Deluxe Sea View Room has been completely renovated since 2021 & offers you a wonderful sense of comfort & aesthetics! It is a double room with a single space of 18 sq.m. with a built-in double bed with anatomical mattress, ideal for your rest! A private parking space is available for the convenience of our guests as well as daily housekeeping so you always come back to a tidy and clean room! The room has a private entrance and a private sitting area in the courtyard with a view of the sea, the port of Adamas and the village skyline! With this view and the quiet that our location ensures, you can enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening! The bathroom is modern with a shower cabin and the sink is in a separate area! The room is equipped with a mini fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules, an electric kettle and a toaster! In addition, it has air conditioning and a ceiling fan! All our rooms are on the ground floor of the building however, there are a few steps you have to climb from the parking lot!

C’est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo. L’appartement est bien aménagé et très agréable à vivre, Anna nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et la vue est à couper le souffle. La salle de bain est très moderne, la cafetière est un vrai plus, et la place de parking fait toute la différence. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.
I loved my stay here! The owner and property manager were both responsive, helpful, and welcoming! The room was as described and was quite cozy with a view overlooking the sea. Each morning I awoke to the beautiful sunlight and the sounds of birds. It was very close to many of the places I planned to see. I wish my stay was longer.
We spent a long weekend there and were very pleased with the accommodation and the hostess. The room was clean and easily accessible. Since we were there around Easter Anna informed us about local Easter traditions and places to visit for the Epitaheio and other things. We had a great time. :)

Annarita rooms are located in a quiet neighborhood of Adamantas, at a distance of 1.7km from the port, making its location a center-out-of-center location!
At a very close distance of 500 meters you will find the bus stop, the organized beach of Papikinos as well as the popular tavern O!Chamos.
The popular beaches of Sarakiniko & Papafraga are within a 5-10 minute drive while the beaches of Paliohori, Agia Kyriaki, Firiplaka and Tsigrado are within a 15-20 minute drive!
Our traditional settlement "Clima" with its colorful houses in front of the sea is 10 minutes away by car, as is the picturesque capital Plaka!
The best way to get around the island is with a vehicle, either a car or a motorbike! If you are not traveling with your own vehicle, we would advise you to book your rental vehicle as soon as possible!
Alternatively, you can travel by city bus! The "Papikinou" bus stop is 500 meters from our rooms!
However, we would like to inform you that in the months of May-June and October the itineraries are limited!
