The house with well and new equipments except for cutlery. The most important thing is the house without hot water, we spent a lot of time to communicate with Airbnb and "landlord agent" rather than landlord. Our checkin time on 24/11 but until 26/11 the problem finally solved. It's unreasonable that the house without hot water and we could not communicate with landlord directly only contact through Airbnb and they did not put themselves in our position. We are disappointed to Airbnb as well because they do not solve the case immediately and actively. Moreover, the bedding without covers and we don't know whether it's a normal condition. We are the first guests, I can definitely confirm that the house is pretty clean and without any noisy. But the house is located in 4th floor, if you have heavy luggages there is no elevator for choice.
