TV’s are provided in the living area and main bedroom to allow kids and parents to be entertained simultaneously, 2 x meditation retreat zones, child friendly home, direct public transport to city & more! Spacious double story 4 bedroom home in Yarrabilba. There is a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and attached private ensuite, 2 x double beds, 2 x single beds, and a sofa bed downstairs for extra guests. Main bathroom and toilet is also upstairs. With another toilet off the laundry downstairs. Travel cot is provided for baby. Please provide your own linens for the cot. Things to note: PARKING Ample parking is available in the driveway. Garage is not accessible to guests. CHILDREN/INFANTS Children are welcome please advise on booking how many children will stay and if you have a baby. PortaCot is currently broken, if you have an infant please provide your own. EVENTS and RUBBISH Our listing clearly advises no parties, which means no additional guests can visit the house other than the people who are booked to stay there. And no loud music. We have noticed some guests still have birthday parties etc, not inviting extra people but just the people staying in the home. This is fine however excess rubbish will not be tolerated and will incur a flat fee of $200 for the inconvenience of the host needing to dispose of it. Excess rubbish is defined as filling the outside bins completely full or overflowing. For example 1 large bag of rubbish is reasonable for a 3 night stay. We need room in the bins for the next guests to place rubbish too. Please be considerate!
