Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private modern quest house located on lush tropical grounds behind main house. Includes: loft bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, wifi, air conditioning, private patio, and outdoor shower. Property is gated with parking. Walking distance to beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Hammock, volley ball, firepit, BBQ and bikes available upon request. Pets welcome. Fishing pier, boating, kayaking and golf options within a short distance. The loft bedroom with queen size bed is accessed by a sturdy attached ladder and the ceiling height in the loft area varies from 2 ft to 5.5 ft. The loft area overlooks the living room. There is a queen size murphy bed on the ground floor. Sheets/blankets/pillows can be found in the drawer of the bed. Please message us with any questions or concerns.

Jeff's Bungalow is a great alternative to staying at a hotel. It is a pristine, efficiently designed and beautiful place. They have created a little oasis in the middle of a Jax Beach neighborhood. It was very convenient to beach and is even situated between two pedestrian walk ways across 3rd Street. I took advantage of the available bicycle to take a really nice ride down 1st street to Atlantic Beach. Jeff is a great communicator and a very good host. Highly Recommend!

Was kicking off a wedding week for my son and it was the perfect spot for me before the big crowd came mid-week. Jeff and wife were perfect! I really appreciated their hospitality.

Hey I'm Jeff, thanks for checking out my guest house. I've lived here for more than 20 years. My kids have all moved out but my wife and I stay busy. We own a real estate company that provides property sales management and investment. Her and my daughter also have an event planning company.
