非常好的体验，房东很热情，房子非常大非常干净，卫生间很大，装修也很有品味，餐具很齐全，空调制冷效果也很好。 窗前有一条小河湾，风景也不错。非常喜欢Livorno这座城市，住宿的性价比也很高。

Nicola's is simply the best place we ever stayed in. Communicating with him was smooth and easy. He was unavailable to show us the place, so his cousin checked us in and she was the sweetest. She even recommended a restaurant that we went and loved. Gorgeous apartment in an ideal location. The noisy nightlife was turn completely peaceful by the soundproof windows. Perfectly cleaned and spacious with everything you need for a longer stay. We loved that place so much, the moment we checked out, we were looking forward to staying there again. Grazie Nicola!

Nicola's apartment is an absolute gem of a place. It is immaculate and we couldn't have wished for a better base for our visit to Livorno. It is a large, spacious and excellently equipped space. The attention to details was just delightful with lovely shower products, towels tied with ribbons, a large comfortable bed and everything you could need in the kitchen too. We honestly think this has been the best AirBnB apartment we have stayed in. Nicola was a delightful host and his recommendation to visit a nearby restaurant was most appreciated. It was fabulous. Livorno isn't on everyone's list to visit because most head for Pisa, Lucca and Florence but we are so glad we did. It's a fascinating port city with plenty to see and do. It's 'real' and has not just sold out to tourism. There are plenty of lovely restaurants scattered about the city and some spectacular architecture and history to explore. Arrivederci Livorno, Grazie mille Nicola!!

The apartment offers a lot of room: huge living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. We were very comfortable. The view is remarkeble. You can see the water, houses and a public park build into ruins. It's easy to find something to eat. But you can only reach the nearest beach by bus or car.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft direkt wohl gefühlt. Sie ist in einem geschmackvollen Still eingerichtet, man fühlt sich da direkt heimlich. Wir dürften außerdem uns am letzten Tag erst abends auschecken, wofür wir Nicola sehr dankbar sind. Die zusätzliche Zeit wurde uns nicht berechnet. Von der Wohnung aus sind zahlreiche Strände gut zu erreichen. Ob zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus gelangt man schnell und ohne Probleme an die gewünschte Stelle. Wir haben eine Bewohnerkarte für kostenloses Parken in der Umgebung erhalten. Ich würde allerdings jedem, wem sein Auto etwas wert ist, empfehlen im Parkhaus zu parken. An meinem Auto waren innerhalb von 3 Tagen 2 ordentliche Parkrempler. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet 25 Euro pro 24h und das ist auf jeden Fall günstiger als die Behebung des Schadens. Etwas weiter weg gibt es ein Parkhaus für 8€ pro 24h. Da müsste man aber bis zur Wohnung gute halbe Stunde laufen. Insgesamt tolle Lage, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants!
