Where do I begin?! First of all, the house is by far, my favorite Airbnb, hands down!! It is so charming, yet homey, I couldn't have asked for anything more! The house was immaculate, cozy, accomdating.... and to be honest, we hated to leave! Katie and Nick, well, I can't say enough positive things about them both as hosts. They certainly take "Southern Hospitality" to an entirely new level!! My family and ne are actually looking to plan another vacation to this sweet cottage in the very near future!! Thank you Katie and Nick for such an inviting home, you're kindness completes the package!! Next time, Miss Lila is joining!!

Charming, low country home close to downtown water front restaurants and shopping. Home is located in a quiet community. Updated and spacious living area and bedrooms. Covered back patio was a perfect place for group chats and ice cream, and of course wine!

Katie was always responsive and anticipated any questions we might have had. We felt welcomed and taken care of which is important when arriving in a totally new environment. Ladybug Cottage was well equipped in the kitchen and the TV room was very enjoyable. Beaufort was beautiful!

Seriously one of the best places we have ever stayed! The house is very centrally located and so spacious! Lots of room for everyone inside and outside. We had the best time!

Ladybug Cottage was wonderful! Perfect for our stay. Very spacious. Just like pictures. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Location was great. We enjoyed the Spanish Moss Trail. Could walk from the house. First time in Beaufort and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food was great. Katie's recommendations were helpful and we loved them all. Overall great trip. Would stay again. Katie is super responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing your home.
