The house faces west with a 180° ocean view and the sunsets are breath-taking. The house is fully-equipped for any and all of your vacation needs. The house features approximately 2000 sq-ft of indoor living space and a 600 sq-ft covered porch facing the ocean. Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private full bath, another bedroom with a queen bed, a second full bath, and a small office The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and all the necessary cooking equipment and accessories. The kitchen space overlooks the dining area and has outstanding views of the ocean. The living and dining area features 21 feet of glass overlooking the ocean and is nearly 30 feet in length. Second Floor: 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. A TV and stereo are provided for your entertainment. The house has a Roku streaming stick for television service. You may log in using your personal NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, or other accounts. Free television channels are available with Roku streaming service. High speed Wi-Fi is also available. Linens and towels are provided as is a washer and dryer. The house is served by a private well with somewhat limited capacity given its location near the ocean. Therefore, guests are limited to one load of laundry every other day. Please plan accordingly.
