Bathroom was very cute. Place was as described. We had some communication issues, but actually, I think it was my phone so that was not at all his fault at all. He made every effort to help us out.

The scenery was so beautiful and there was a lot of wildlife. However, the address was incorrect and we had trouble finding the location. James helped us find the spot. We also were unaware there would be other people staying at the campground. James let us stay in an area further away from them. Overall there were a few issues but the beautiful area and friendly host made it a good experience

James was a fantastic host! So nice and helpful with local recommendations and really made sure we were set up for a comfortable stay. His property is beautiful and with access to the river which is a short walk from the site. The bathroom and shower were clean and such a nice amenity to have while camping. Looking forward to our next stay here when visiting Athens!

Very close to campus and affordable! We brought a tent and set it up behind the squeaky clean cooly designed bathhouse with solar lights. Being closer to the river would drown out the traffic noise from the road. We would definitely stay again!
