We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, quirky apartment. It was even better than the photos and we loved all the memorabilia and artifacts. The hot tub was great for relaxing in at the end of a busy day. A couple of things to note. The downstairs bedroom is open plan with no door and the only bathroom is an en-suite to the main bedroom. We were happy with this, but might not suit everyone. The hosts were really responsive to questions. The apartment is in a pleaant neighbourhood and felt really safe and has breath taking views over Reykjavik towards the mountains. We would definitely book again if returning to Reykjavik.

We had the most amazing weekend at Johann’s place. He was very helpful and his pace was incredible. We would definitely visit again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Really quirky but still homely. Unfortunately we had such a tight schedule, we didn’t get to spend enough time there. Only slight negative is it’s a bit further out of the city centre than expected, but we found a good taxi firm which helped a lot.

Un séjour inoubliable ! On a profité des divertissements de la maison. Attention cela dit, jacuzzi en island c’est simplement un bain chaud ! On a apprécié l’espace dans le air bnb et on s’y est senti tres bien. La vue est imprenable sur tout Reykjavik et le quartier résidentiel est tres calme (sauf les voisins parfois dans la chambre du bas) On s’y est senti comme chez nous, sauf le dernier jour où on a manqué de gaz pour cuisiner … C’est tres facile d’acces, a pieds, en trottinette ou en voiture (on a tout essayé ahah) En ce qui concerne la propreté c’est pour les personnes un peu pointilleuses … il a beaucoup d’objets décoratifs donc on ne peut pas dire que ce soit top nutch partout mais ca reste minime
